kinda excited. hehs. anw really hope to see yan tml to. ((: take pics! it's so rare to meet inside departure hall k. haha, she's flying off 1h later tha me. but anyways, think tht we have enough time to meet. haha.

well, i haven't finished packing my luggage. it's slow, i know.

i realised tht i haven't been updating abt so many things nowdays.

brace yourself for an uninteresting story-teller. (:

christmas countdown: went to taka, again, to find huiying to countdown. haha, i ended up thr at.. 6.30pm? wayy too early. but the main point was to go to library to copy korean stuff before the trip. unfortunately, i turned up at the library 30min to it's closure for the day. aw man, hw great.

so zaiyuan and i went over to popular to fully utilise the three 20% vouchers that popular gave us. :D bought pen refills. im preparing for next year. haha, see? how diligent. *smiles*

headed off to taka, chatted with huiying and jiaqi(work friend/ and i dunno if the spelling's correct/ hehs) before going to kinokuniya. ((: since the library's closed, why not try kino right? (since i've been reading their korean books during my last day of work's break) and so, i became a social nuisance for 1.5h. D: i took the books, found a quiet corner, sat down, took my notebook out, and started copying!! heh, so inconsiderate. throughout, the straits times article of ppl copying books fr bookstores haunted me. D: tormenting. but anyways, it's worth it. haha. i don'tneed the whole book ok. and the library's closed for the day. :D what a great excuse. haha!

ok, so went down to taka b2 to find huiying after kino closed. was stoning by the seats and suddenly heard someone call my name in the huiqi tone. o.o scary. and so, i turned and saw jiaqi waving to me. haha! waved goodbye, (*sobs* cos it'll be the last time meeting her) and returned stoning. gerald spotted me and we both went out of taka while waiting for huiying.

OHMY! it's super duper crowded on christmas eve at orchard road. =.= couldn't squeeze. can only BE squeezed. haii. gerald was behind me (for obvious reasons) among the sea of people. the grp of teenage girls beside us kept attempting to push their way through quite literally. haha! gerald said that they sounded as if they were giving birth. hahaha,he said it so loudly and nonchalantly tht the girls were so ps.

and so, we had a hard time following the crowd towards the ferrero rocher tree. met huiying and changed lanes BACK TO WHERE WE CAME FROM. argh. dumb. haha, but it was quite fun la. we were stuck between taka and wisma, when we started amenting how far ion was from us. haha!

finally, we went through underpass and ended up at lucky plaza, opposite mrt. called genesis to see if he was still working at ion, but he din't pick up. oh wells, we went to mrt ourselves. (:

reached woodlands after some promoting of starhub fr gerald and sat at mac. soon, sinyee and jingkai arrived. :D ate fries and flurry and MY FRUIT SALAD. haha, how healthy. :D zaiyuan arrived later on too. :D ate more fries and counted down. jingkai was so sad cos the rest of us were all receiving christmas messages, while he wasn't. hahaha! it was really damn funny, believe me. chatted arnd and thn went home. (:

and gerald did a heroic act. haha!

i just realisd that i haven't been writing about my outings with my girlfriends(: haha, kinda sad. D: i dun have any photos to upload. hehes. i think most of the pix are with huiying ba.
well,

1. huiying came over to my house to do huixin's prsent.
2. huiying & i went to huixin's house to do her (huixin's present). it turned out to be a secret session instead. =.= haha!
3. 28nov: GIRLFRIENDS OUTING!! went to vivocity on huiying's birthday! :D huixin huiying huiern pauline paulina finally went out tgt again! wahahas. :DD
4. 5nov: went to orchard with huiying to... shop? haha, aiya, our intention was to accompany huixin to jap class & give debbie the promoter badge la. thn ended up exploring the malls in orchard. yes, we ARE kuku =.=

:D i keep gg out with hy. haha! maybe cos of work also ba, so keep seeing her. hehes.
thr's work tml! yay. i wanna earn back my darned $30 ok. ROAR!!!!!!! 30 BUCKS! D: (inside rant) hehs, and i think alot of ppl came to see me work la. on the first day of work, huiying came down to teach me(: thx! thn jieren. zaiyuan, andrew, peijin& her friend(not specially to see me la. haha) came too. o.O second day of work: my sister and her 2 friends. alot of ppl right?? like who will receive so many visits fr friends during work de. haha, thanks anw, ppl. :D *touched* anw i made 3 friends during work. erm, actually only 1 ba. but kept talking to 2 others too. haha, so it's kinda acquiantance alr? haha, hy kept wondering why i could make so many friends. haha.

oh, and i went to malaysia to cut hair with my sis today(: went thr with her 2 friends. well, as usual, my sister was late, so we ended up late. =.= ok, anw, i don't think i have ever gone into malaysia tru wdlands checkpoint. i keep gg to tuas de. (ok, nt really keep, since i do not frequent malaysia in the first place) the bus journeys were kinda long 'cos of the jam, but at least my sis& her friends kinda entertained by being lame throughout the journey. haha! so we reached mlysia. my sis and i cabbed to holiday plaza to cut hair. omg! the service thr is impeccable! haha, can write formal letter to praise. haha, im joking. it's just that the service in singapore is mainly horrible. that place gives you free drink, and the hairdressers really recommend stuff that they think is suitable for you. unlike those here, who keep asking you to do this and try that for the sake of revenue. =.= so unprofessional. haha, the hairdresser that attended to me was very friendly! and he explains what to do at home to improve the quality of my oh-no hair. haha :D AND, it's cheap ok. RM22 = S$10! good srvice and good cut AND, (this is a special bonus! but i think they do it to everybody there) he curled my hair for free. *grins* he still said after cutting my hair "wo bang ni nong mei mei ah" thn curled my hair. haha. :D it's good!
$10 + [$0.55 X 2] (bus-fare) + [($9.50 + $8) /2] (no. of ppl sharing cab to plaza) = $19.85
less than $20! :D it's professional de hair salon ok. singapore doesn't have this kinda prices. oh, i may go thr to perm my hair. haha, it's cheap! less than S$50~ :D
so... just in case you are curious about my current hair, i look young. the hairstyle came from a jap mag.(it had curls, so maybe that explains the curling) when the curls softened with the passing of the day, my mum said i look jap. haha, yaya. but i disagreed. thn she said i looked korean too. haha, not singaporean or others la. well, i thought i looked cheena instead. =.= hehes, cos of the BANGS. yes, BANGS. side-bangs, actually. cos i requested it to be side. straight bangs are so.... so bangs, haha! i have smth aginst straight bangs, btw. ok, i think huixin&huiying must be shocked tht i cut bangs. haha!

ok, so tht's abt the end le ba. i think im so busy starting fr tml until 7jan2010. hehs. my calendar looks sooo packed. D: i wanna stone for at least one full day and think things through de leh. hehes. anyways, goodnight everybody!

well, it's the end of the emtional roller coaster ride.

why do the lows always outweigh the highs? that's because of physics. it's a law; a fact - an unchangeable fact. we always start off high, don't we? but we can never go back to the beginning. the start of it all. we can only go down, down.. and further down. on the way, we experience more, and this opens our eyes to the world once unknown to us. when all of it comes to a final stop, we look back and remember the initial feelings. and sometimes, we wonder: after all this time, are we only capable of achieving this? why did we start off excited, yet end up lost?
i suppose, it's all part of life, isn't it?
and this, should be a transition phase. just like how we're scared of the violent tossings up thr, our timid souls move on to other games in the amusemnt park, not daring to put ourselves to the test of The Roller Coaster. Merry-Go-Rounds are so safe, aren't they? why subject ourselves to two-faced torture when we can just have simple-minded things?  2 more months, and we'll be on our way to challenge The Roller Coaster again. i seriously hope lubricants are added this time(: that should mean more highs right? 4 years, and i am still unaccustomed. will 2 months work? i had shoulders to lean on on my 4-year ride. what about the upcoming one?
to go to greater heights, we have to experience greater lows and speeds, dont we?
